A membership can be purchased when visiting Skin Profile in person. A sign up form must be completed alongside obtaining a credit card to keep on file. Memberships can only be purchased by the person who will be using the membership. Gift cards may not be used when signing up for a gift card.

You will be charged automatically with the card on file.

The date you sign up will be the date set for future automatic payments. For example, if you join on January 18, you will then be charged every 18th of the month. Unless otherwise stated.

Yes. You are able to skip a month up to three times in a 12 month period, however, not consecutively. A seven day notice is required to process the request.

Yes. A pause may be put on your membership for up to two months in a 12 month period. A 14 day notice is required to process the request.

Yes, benefits roll over to the following month and must be used within a 30 day period. Only two membership benefits may be used in the entirety of a month.

You are able to share one membership benefit in a 12 month period to a non-member. Approval must be requested before doing so.

No. A cancellation may be requested at any time. However, a 14 day notice is required to process a cancellation. You’ll have 30 days from the cancellation date to use any remaining benefits.
